Returns

We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it! However if you are not 100% with what you have received please get in touch.

Exchanges or returns on full priced items are allowed within 60 days of receiving your order provided the pieces are unworn with the tags still on. Reduced price merchandise (sale stock) may only be exchanged.

Please note that the products should be in perfect condition and show no signs of being used; otherwise the exchange or return will not be carried out.

Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Scribble & Stone offer a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by reasonable wear and tear. This applies ONLY to items which present a genuine manufacturing defect and after ruling out possible misuse which caused excessive wear and tear.

How to return an unwanted order:

With the exception of defective items, the costs associated with the return will be covered by the customer. Unwanted items can be returned from your local post office via registered mail to:

We recommend returning via registered post only so please ensure to get a tracking number before returning.

This does not affect your statutory rights and if in the unusual case an item is faulty please contact us at Support@ScribbleAndStone.com and we can assist you further.

Scribble & Stone will not be responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the item arrives to our office inperfect condition.

Some points to remember:

We can only offer refunds or exchanges with proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Reduced price merchandise may only be exchanged.

We can only offer refunds or exchanges for items that were purchased from us directly either through our website or DesignLane, Temple Bar with proof of purchase.

All purchases made from other stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase and will be subject to the stores particular returns policy.

Returned items should be unused / unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.


Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
