All Scribble & Stone pieces come beautifully presented in our signature gift packaging — a premium jewellery box with gold-embossed logo, organic cotton pouch, and luxury gift bag.

Our packaging, designed by an award-winning design studio with sustainability in mind, uses FSC®-certified paper and long-life materials. The jewellery is placed in an eco-friendly cotton pouch then placed inside our signature long-life jwellery box and presented in a pink FSC-certified gift bag with ribbon handles — ready for gifting.

Our organic cotton pouches carry an ECO label, ensuring they meet strict environmental and ethical standards. The cotton is sustainably sourced, and our suppliers maintain fair working conditions through regular factory visits.

FSC® certification guarantees that all paper materials come from responsibly managed forests that protect wildlife and ensure fair pay and safety for workers.

For a lighter footprint, you can request minimal packaging at checkout.

Carbon Neutral Shipping:
Your order is shipped in a recyclable box made from recycled card via registered post. We also donate a portion of each sale to carbon removal partners, offsetting all delivery emissions.

Product Care:

The longevity of your Scribble & Stone piece will depend on how they are cared for. 

Here are some tips to mitigate wear and tear:

All metals will change over time when exposed to salty air, water, sweat or especially if frequently in contact with chemicals such as perfume. We therefore recommend you remove your jewellery before sleeping, sun bathing, showering, swimming, or going to the gym. 

Do not spray perfume directly onto your skin while wearing your jewellery as the chemicals will damage your pieces.

We recommend keeping your jewellery in an air-tight container at night to slow down damage by oxygen in the air. 

The PH level of your skin can also affect the longevity of your pieces causing excessive wear and tear. The chemicals in Fake Tan have also been shown to hasten the tranishing of jewellery.

Some peoples skin is more acidic than others and they may not tolerate fashion jewellery well causing the jewellery to tarnish more quickly over time.

Damage caused by reasonable wear and tear, misuse or neglect, accidental damage, exposure to heat or harmful chemicals such as perfume cannot be covered by us.

Terms & Conditions

Exchanges or returns are allowed within 60 days of receiving your order provided the pieces are unworn with the tags still on.

Scribble & Stone offer a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by reasonable wear and tear. This applies ONLY to items which present a genuine manufacturing defect and after ruling out possible misuse which caused excessive wear and tear.
